I wouldn’t classify myself as an A graded scholar so passing this exam was a major achievement as far as I am concerned. But absolutely necessary if i wanted to provide A grade service to my clients. Knowing the ropes in this business is an essential ingredient in building a reputation of total excellence in all aspects of touring. My inherent knowledge of the Cape coupled with this certificate is a perfect combination of practical and technical. An important package indeed.
